Terms of Service

Please read and acknowledge all of the terms of service before requesting/buying anything from me.
All promo codes work ONCE per person. If you used the promo code on a previous purchase, it cannot be used again.
All payments for services will be done through Paypal and Cashapp.
Client will have to pay sales tax with products.

Divination

Any divination will be priced with how much energy it will take for me to get a hold of who you wish for me to talk to. The divination include as following; tarot cards, pendulum, dice, playing cards, and smoke. (more may be added with increase of funds) I can write out small blessings and prayers that you will have to say and use for yourself or someone close to you. I will not be giving anything out, including information that could potentially harm another person or living being. _{(no asking for the supplies or info to curse, hex, or jinx someone)} I won't be giving anything to change someones personality towards you, such as making someone fall in love with you or another, or making someone hate another. Everyone is free to their own opinions on different people.If you wish to get a hold of a god or a person who has passed on, remember to be respectful through your email. explain in detail what divination you wish for me to use, as well as who you wish to get a hold of, and what your question is. I do have the right to decline any and all requests if I don't deem them appropriate or socially acceptable to ask a spirit.All of this is just for entertainment purposes, I am not the cause of any actions and situations that occur before, during, and after any readings, blessings, and prayers. If you are in a bad mental place, go to the nearest mental hospital or get a hold of your national suicide hotline, for the states (USA) you can call or text 988, I don't suggest buying any divination services if you expect to hear all good things while in a bad mental space. Proceed with caution. None of what I say in readings are facts or set in stone, I am not liable for any harm or vandalism caused by anyone receiving my services.Remember that I am a person with my own private life, it might take a couple days to a couple weeks to receive an email back from me with an answer. Art Commissions

Use of commissioned art should follow the intended. NO AI. The client _{(or anyone the client may hire or be a proxy of)} is not allowed to use any of my _{(OliverDearest's)} works _{(commissioned or not)} to feed into any image generative ai. Intellectual property rights remain with the artist _{(OliverDearest's)} unless otherwise stated or purchased. Monetized content will be 25% more from the original pricing, and Commercial Merchandise will be 200% more from the original pricing.Payments must be done before the start of any project, I will email you updates of the commission as it progresses. Failure to communicate will result in me not accepting your payment. I have the right to refuse any commissions, whether it be too complicated of a piece, me being on hiatus ^{(main page will say if I'm am or not)}, or if you're being hostile towards me while communicating.Refunds will not be possible unless I haven't worked on your commission at all in the span of 2 months after accepting payment. Payments that are over 150$ will have the option of two-part payments, one to start the process of the commission, and the second at the end for an un-watermarked version of the piece.There are things that I won't draw due to either the content or my lack of skill in the subject, and that goes as follows;
